I’m a multi-disciplinary designer with 10+ years of experience defining and delivering products across both public and private sectors. Having worked in-house and as a consultant, I’m familiar with collaborating across a variety of organisational environments and problem spaces.
For five years I taught UX Design at university and ran technical workshops to help new and existing designers sharpen their design thinking and practical skill sets.
For the past couple of years, I've been helping government agencies accelerate their digital transformation projects and grow their human-centered design capabilities.
I develop the overall vision and high-level design for the project, ensuring that the vision is effectively communicated and understood by all key stakeholders
I push for co-design, encouraging collaboration and contribution by stakeholders, subject matter experts and product team members to achieve high impact outcomes.
I contribute to the growth of the organisation’s design maturity, and mentor the design team, fostering their professional growth, and skill development.
